With an 8% interest rate, a ten-year payment plan, and monthly payments added back to your electric bill, you'll have much more than a comfortable place to live. You'll have peace of mind.
- Finance heat pump units, installation costs and even added insulation upon credit approval.
- Payments are added back to your monthly electric bill.
- Loan amounts are offered up to $20,000 for up to 10 years. There is no penalty for early payoff.
- Applicant(s) must be PEC member(s), and be the registered property owner where the heat pump is to be installed.
- A contractor must be selected from TVA's Quality Contractor Network, and installation must meet the program specifications and pass PEC inspection for funding.
