If you experience an outage, please call our outage hotline immediately. The number is 1-866-260-4025. To help restore service as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
- the name in which the account is billed,
- your service address for the location of the outage,
- the telephone number for the location of the outage,
- your account number (if available), and
- any other pertinent information. (For example, if you saw a downed electric line or if you heard a loud noise just prior to the outage.)
