Bill Payment Information

BANK DRAFT: The easiest and most convenient way to pay your monthly electric bill is by bank draft. Each month the amount of your electric bill will be transferred automatically from your checking account to PEC by an electronic transaction. The transfer of funds will occur on the due date of your electric bill. Your bank will itemize the automatic debit on your statement each month. PEC will continue to send you a bill each month marked “BANK DRAFT”. This means one less check to write, and that equals to one less hassle for you! You may pick up an authorization form from the PEC office or click here to download the PDF form.

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD: We offer three methods of accepting payments by credit or debit card. Simply press the “Pay Your Bill” button on our home page and follow the prompts, call toll free 1-866-843-9535 or in the office at the PaySite kiosk. There will be an additional convenience fee added for these payment options.

MAIL: Another convenient method to pay is by mail. PEC makes available for its members window envelopes, included with your monthly electric bill. When mailing a payment please enclose the bill stub to ensure that we credit the proper account. Also, for your protection, mail only a check or money order. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
