The National Weather Service recommends you have the following readily available:

❄️ Flashlight and extra batteries.

❄️ Battery-powered NOAA Weather radio.

❄️ Radio and portable radio to receive emergency information.

❄️ Extra food and water such as dried fruit, nuts, granola bars, and other food that doesn’t require cooking or refrigeration.

❄️ Manual can opener.

❄️ Three-day water supply of one gallon per person per day.

❄️ Extra prescription and over-the-counter medications.

❄️ Baby items such as diapers and formula.

❄️ Extra pet food and warm shelter for pets.

❄️ First-aid supplies.

❄️ Fire extinguisher and smoke alarms.

❄️ Emergency heat source.

❄️ Heating fuel.
