Loans in amounts of up to $15,000 are available to qualified members for the installation of a heat pump(s). There are three qualifications for this program:
- Must be owner of the property where heat pump is to be installed.
- Must have permanent electric service in your name for 12 months.
- Must pass a credit check.

Once the heat pump is installed there will be approximately a $45 filing fee to record the loan. To complete the loan a photo copy of a government-issued photo ID is required.
